Develop and implement self-service marketing campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives of Salesforce.
Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute successful self-service campaigns, providing direction and guidance as needed.
Utilize marketing automation tools to create and optimize self-service email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in self-service marketing to continuously improve and innovate our approach.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of self-service campaigns and report on results to stakeholders.
Develop and manage a budget for self-service marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources to drive maximum ROI.
Identify and target key customer segments for self-service marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights and segmentation strategies.
Act as a subject matter expert on self-service marketing tactics and strategies, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the self-service marketing team, promoting a growth mindset and encouraging new ideas and approaches.
Maintain a high level of customer focus, understanding the needs and behaviors of our customers to deliver relevant and impactful self-service marketing campaigns.
Monitor and track competitor self-service marketing strategies and make recommendations for adjustments to our approach as needed.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and coordination of self-service marketing efforts across different regions and markets.
