Job Overview: We are seeking a Sales Representative to own the front end of revenue growth - from building a cold-call pipeline to closing new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into onboarding. This is a full-cycle sales role. The Sales Rep is responsible for prospecting, running discovery and sales meetings, guiding prospects through the decision process, sending proposals via DocuSign, closing deals, and coordinating onboarding with our service team once a sale is completed. This role sits at the intersection of new revenue, client expectations, and long-term retention. The right candidate understands that a strong close doesn't end at the signature - it continues through a clean, well-communicated handoff. Key Responsibilities * Pipeline & New Business Development * Build and maintain a cold-call and outbound sales pipeline. * Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities. * Run discovery calls and sales meetings with prospective clients. * Clearly communicate our services, process, pricing, and expectations. * Manage prospects through the full sales cycle from first contact to close. * Prepare and send proposals via DocuSign and follow up to close deals. Client Relationship Ownership * Serve as the main point of contact for new clients during the early lifecycle. * Build strong relationships and establish a consistent communication cadence. * Set proper expectations around performance, timelines, and deliverables. * Act as a trusted advisor focused on long-term success, not short-term wins. Internal Coordination & Onboarding * Coordinate onboarding calls with the service and account management teams once a deal is closed. * Ensure all relevant information is properly documented and handed off internally. * Act as the conduit between the client and internal teams during the transition period. * Maintain clean and accurate CRM records and deal notes. Performance & Optimization Support * Report on campaign results and help clients understand ROI on their ad spend. * Work directly with Ads Engineers to tweak and optimize campaigns for better performance. * Ensure client campaigns are aligned with stated goals and optimized for results. * Help identify performance gaps and escalate internally when needed. Growth & Expansion * Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services when appropriate. * Help existing clients expand budgets or add channels based on performance. * Ensure clients continue to see value and remain engaged long-term. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, lead generation, or agency environments. * Comfortable with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and pipeline building. * Strong ability to run structured discovery and sales meetings. * Experience managing deals from first contact through close. * Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through. * Ability to work cross-functionally with ads engineers, account managers, and leadership. * Strong understanding of ROI-driven marketing and client expectations. * Self-motivated, accountable, and results oriented. * Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule. * Experience with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot and Asana preferred, not required).
