E-commerce Specialist

Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist (Bilingual English/Chinese Preferred)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with managing our online sales platforms and support daily e-commerce operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms and online product listings
• Process online orders and coordinate shipping
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide customer support
• Update product information, pricing, and inventory
• Assist with uploading products to online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.)
• Support general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce or a related field preferred
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
• College degree preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Basic computer and office software knowledge
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
