E-commerce & Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially disciplined E-commerce & Performance Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end digital commerce strategy, overseeing website performance, customer acquisition, and paid media initiatives. This role blends data-driven decision-making with a refined understanding of luxury consumer behavior to elevate brand presence and drive revenue growth. We are looking for a successful candidate to lead digital revenue growth and develop a true omnichannel luxury commerce strategy.
This role is designed for a senior digital leader with direct experience in luxury fashion retail or luxury fashion resale environments.
This position requires both analytical discipline and luxury brand sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management
- Own and optimize the online store to ensure a seamless, high-end user experience
- Manage site merchandising, product launches, and seasonal updates aligned with brand strategy
- Monitor KPIs including conversion rate, bounce rate, and revenue performance
- Work towards elevation of products presentation (imagery, copy, storytelling)
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms
- Manage budgets, and customer acquisition strategies
- Build structured SEO for luxury brands + location search intent
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention)
- Partner with external agencies and vendors where applicable
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, ad platforms, and CRM systems
- Generate actionable insights and present regular performance reports to leadership
- Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and improved customer journey
- Develop and execute a 12-month digital growth roadmap
CRM & Retention
- Support email marketing and lifecycle campaigns (welcome flows, abandoned cart, VIP segmentation)
- Implement personalization strategies tailored to luxury clientele
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Originalluxury team to ensure cohesive omnichannel experience
- Align digital campaigns with product launches, retail initiatives, and brand storytelling
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in e-commerce and performance marketing, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail
- Strong experience with Shopify and performance marketing channels
- Proven track record of scaling online revenue and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Deep understanding of digital analytics, attribution models, and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM/email platforms
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury branding and customer expectations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail integration
- Experience in menswear is a significant advantage
