Position Title: Senior Director of Marketing

We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands‑on Senior Director of Marketing to lead brand growth across a diverse portfolio of restaurant concepts. This is a high‑impact role for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building brands with personality, and knows how to translate insights into award‑winning campaigns and measurable business results.

As Senior Marketing Director, you’ll shape the vision, voice, and go‑to‑market strategy for multiple brands, driving guest acquisition, boosting loyalty, and strengthening each concept’s position in an increasingly competitive restaurant landscape.

Key Activities (but not limited to)

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and implement data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned
  • with brand positioning and business goals.
  • Drive digital customer acquisition through email marketing, social media, and paid media campaigns.
  • Oversee execution of integrated brand marketing initiatives within the division

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and
  • key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide timely reporting and insights to guide decision-making and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage guest sentiment and feedback platforms to inform marketing strategy and customer experience improvements.

Brand & Menu Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across channels and markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and update menu pricing, design
  • menu boards, and direct creative execution.
  • Support production and distribution of marketing materials to all store locations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with executive leadership, operations, and revenue management to
  • ensure strategic alignment across departments.
  • Lead and moderate regular brand marketing meetings to coordinate initiatives and priorities.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI and efficient resource
  • allocation.
  • Negotiate marketing contracts, media pricing, and media buys at a division or enterprise level.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of past performance to uncover trends and identify
  • growth opportunities.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking on pricing, positioning, and brand strategies.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering accountability,
  • creativity, and professional development.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to build team capabilities and ensure consistent execution.

Local Marketing & Store Openings

  • Design and oversee the execution of local store marketing plans.
  • Develop scalable systems and tools to support store-level marketing across all
  • locations.

Innovation & Special Projects

  • Identify emerging tools, platforms, and techniques to enhance marketing
  • performance and efficiency.
  • Lead special projects as assigned, supporting key strategic initiatives across the organization.

Required Competencies

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a
  • related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in a consumer-facing industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Foodservice or restaurant industry experience preferred.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong team management skills and ability to influence at the senior
  • management level.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to manage critical paths, timelines, and deliverables.

Strategic Thinking & Business Alignment

  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business objectives
  • into effective marketing strategies.
  • Results-driven, proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and able to guide teams through transformation and growth.

Marketing & Industry Expertise

  • Deep understanding of brand trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing
  • best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in driving off-premise growth via digital channels such as online/mobile ordering, loyalty programs, and third-party delivery platforms.
  • Experience with marketing technologies and analytics tools.

Analytical & Communication Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly
  • with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
