The Associate Manager, Field Marketing Hennessy partners with the Hennessy Field Marketing Area Lead to localize brand programming to meet the needs of local markets, as well as identifies opportunities in the local markets to hit goals. This role acts as a liaison between Commercial Sales and Brand Teams.
Office/Location: Remote in market based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities
Localize Brand Programming:
- Assists in identifying local opportunities for assigned brands within the designated area.
- Supports the localization and adaptation of brand programming to meet specific market, account, and distributor needs, under the guidance of Brand Teams.
- Helps manage brand programming activities, collect data for ROI analysis, and contribute to the development of local activity recaps.
- Collaborates with Brand Teams and Market Sales teams to generate local programming ideas, with a focus on providing logistical and administrative support for brand activation, local account opportunities, community connections, and local influencer engagement.
- Assists in managing the A&P budget by tracking expenditures, identifying potential gaps, opportunities, and risks, and providing data-driven recommendations to the state/market lead.
- Serves as a liaison between Brand Teams and Sales Teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on goals related to sales and brand equity.
- Utilizes competitive intelligence research from business intelligence.
- Identifies new account opportunities for the Commercial Sales Team to vet
- Participate in the budget planning process representing their respective areas
- Coordinates Distributors & Commercial Sales for Brand/Maison visits to ensure strategic alignment
- Assists in the management of Local POSM in partnership with Account Leads
- Prepares for and participates in GSMs & distributor meetings
- Serve as a connector to understand brand vision and localize it
- Downstream: communication of plans, tools, etc. to commercial team
- Upstream: communication of opportunities, risks, and market needs to brand team
- Executional Excellence: Manage luxury execution in the market
- Guardian of the brand and market advocate for what is needed
- Elevating all stakeholders in the market; distributors, trade engagement, and Moët Hennessy
- New Business and Recruitment
- Prospecting for new business opportunities through all channels (on/off/non-premise)
- Building relationships with key customers, local influencers, etc.
- Managing programs across subchannels
Education
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience required
- 3+ years trade marketing or creative marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries
- Strong analytical skills required
- Knowledge of MHUSA portfolio, brand guidelines, & customer/consumer expectations
- Refined organizational skills and experience managing a substantial number of projects and details
- Ability to create partnerships with customers, distributor, and internal stakeholders
- Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
