JOB DESCRIPTION
Mosaic Service Partners is seeking candidates with strong experience in enterprise transformation coordination, cross-functional change leadership, and operating in complex, multi-site environments where adoption truly matters. This is an exciting opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping how Mosaic scales as Alpine Investors’ newest home services platform, joining a lean, high-caliber team at an early stage and helping build a people-first, data-driven business with ambitious national growth. Reporting to the SVP of Operations Excellence, this individual should be excellent at influencing without authority, anticipating downstream impacts and seeing around corners, and driving clarity, prioritization, and decision velocity across senior leaders, functional teams, and the field.
This is not a traditional project management role. The Enterprise Transformation Manager sits at the center of Mosaic’s operating system and works closely with the Executive Leadership Team, functional leaders, subject matter experts, and field leadership to ensure enterprise-wide change is sequenced, communicated, and landed effectively without overwhelming operators in the field. Success in this role is measured by focus, throughput, decision velocity, and adoption rather than reports, templates, or meeting volume. The role leads through influence, judgment, and clarity rather than formal authority or ownership of execution.
This role offers the opportunity to help design and build a best-in-class, multi-brand residential services platform from the ground up, with meaningful ownership and room to grow as the company scales!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enterprise Transformation Sequencing Own Mosaic’s enterprise transformation roadmap by sequencing, prioritizing, and timing all major field and HQ impacting initiatives so change is introduced in the right order and at the right pace.
- Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate transformation efforts across the Executive Leadership Team, functional leaders, and operating companies, ensuring alignment across workstreams without owning functional execution.
- Tradeoffs and Decision Enablement Identify interdependencies, capacity constraints, and collision risks across initiatives and escalate decisions with clear options and recommendations to enable timely pause, pivot, or stop calls.
- Field Focus Protection Act as a buffer between enterprise initiatives and the field to prevent overlapping or uncoordinated change and protect operator capacity and trust.
- Transformation Operating Rhythm Design and operate a predictable enterprise transformation cadence that provides clear visibility into what is underway, what is coming next, and what is intentionally paused.
- Change Adoption and Feedback Ensure transformation initiatives are adopted and sustained by incorporating structured field feedback and measuring success through observable behavior change and operational outcomes.
- Executive Communication and Clarity Enable leaders to consistently articulate what work is happening, who it impacts, when it will occur, and why the sequencing decisions make sense.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Enterprise transformation initiatives are introduced in a clear and intentional sequence, with no overlapping or conflicting demands on the field.
- Leaders across HQ and operating companies can clearly articulate what work is underway, who it impacts, when it will occur, and why it is sequenced as it is.
- Field leaders experience change as manageable and purposeful, with a noticeable reduction in ad hoc or last-minute enterprise requests.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience coordinating enterprise-level transformation, operating model change, post-merger integration, or cross-functional initiatives in complex, multi-site organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading through influence without formal authority, including acting as an executive proxy or trusted thought partner.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without heavy structure, templates, or formal PMO processes.
