Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels to increase engagement and followers.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses to audience interactions.
- Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as PR, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, refine strategies, and report on key metrics regularly.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners to enhance brand reputation through public relations efforts.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite for campaigns, advertisements, and website content.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, social media innovations, and platform updates to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, advertising tools, analytics dashboards, and best practices for organic growth.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools is essential.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques including keyword research, content optimization, and web analytics is highly desirable.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or other digital ad platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
