E-Commerce Grocery Order Assembler

Become a vital part of our dynamic team as an E-Commerce Grocery Order Assembler, where you'll play a key role in selecting premium products for our customers' online purchases. In this position, you'll be responsible for assembling orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a delightful shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoughtfully select and gather items for online orders, prioritizing product freshness and quality.
• Quickly process and package orders in line with company standards.
• Communicate any updates or substitutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Keep staging areas clean and organized to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Assist customers with loading their orders into vehicles upon arrival for pick-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Accurately handle payments using the point of sale (POS) system.
• Follow all safety and food handling guidelines to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and with efficiency.
• Strong reading skills to understand shelf tags and order instructions clearly.
• Basic math abilities, including counting and simple calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Experience

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse setting, or in a cashier role is a plus.

Compensation ranges from $17.45 to $21.27 per hour.
