We are looking for a driven Marketing Executive who can help expand our client network and bring new employer partnerships.

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive who has strong industry connections and the ability to bring new employers and clients to our agency. The ideal candidate will build relationships with businesses, promote our staffing services, and help grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with employers who require staffing solutions
• Build relationships with HR managers, business owners, and hiring managers
• Promote Job Ready’s staffing and workforce services
• Bring new clients and job orders to the agency
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and networking
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Work with the recruitment team to fulfill staffing requirements
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, sales, or business development
• Existing connections with employers or businesses (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR, or B2B sales is a plus
