Reports to: Growth Marketing Director

GhostBed is seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Account Manager to lead the strategy and management of our Amazon and other e-commerce accounts, driving growth and expanding the reach of our premium mattresses and other innovative sleep products in the online marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT and Marketing Teams to understand strategic priorities and implement key initiatives, product launches and onboarding new ecommerce accounts
  • Supervise and work with e-commerce employee(s) to maintain strong account health and compliance across e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Wayfair, etc), including optimization of product listings, pricing, returns, feedback and reviews, marketing and promotions
  • Monitor FBA Replenishment and Reconciliation on Amazon and assign tasks as needed to e-commerce employee(s) to ensure product availability
  • Forecast and manage Inventory across e-commerce accounts and work with Sales and Operations to ensure stock availability.
  • Maintain accurate Ship points and customer shipping/handling requirements across accounts and work with EDI team as needed to ensure shipping runs smoothly
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and report to key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and scalability
  • Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve project execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management
  • Proven experience in managing and launching successful e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely project completion
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership
  • Knowledgeable about e-commerce best practices, trends, and regulatory compliance
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
