Jr. Digital Marketing Account Manager (SEO & Client Success Focus)

The Jr. Digital Marketing Account Manager is a crucial client-facing role responsible for fostering the success of our healthcare practices across our two primary verticals: ChiroPlanet.com (Chiropractic) and DentistryPlanet.com (Dental). You will serve as a "marketing coach" to our doctors, helping them navigate their online presence and ensure they are maximizing our proprietary website platform and SEO tools. You will evaluate practice weaknesses, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic organic marketing solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of local and organic search, reputation management, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable practice goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vertical-Specific Management: Act as a subject matter expert for clients in the chiropractic and dental industries, tailoring strategies to the unique needs of each vertical.
  • Strategic Client Management: Conduct regular marketing performance reviews (MRCs) to analyze website traffic, local search trends, and online reputation growth.
  • Consultative ROI Coaching: Calculate and communicate ROI live with clients, helping them recognize the direct impact of our digital services on their new patient volume.
  • Website & Content Coordination: Manage website update requests and content strategy. Work with our internal production team to ensure all client sites follow modern SEO and design best practices.
  • Deep Practice Understanding: Develop a thorough knowledge of each client’s specific practice goals, internal office protocols, and profitable services to tailor marketing strategies.
  • Project Management & Documentation: Use our internal CRM to meticulously document communications and manage project tasks to ensure timely delivery and clear accountability.
  • Proactive Growth: Identify opportunities to offer additional organic services, such as enhanced Local SEO packages or custom content strategy, that align with the client’s growth targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of B2B account management or consultative sales experience, preferably in a digital agency setting.
  • Local SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with local listings, directory management, and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to handle client concerns with empathy and active listening while proposing retention-focused solutions.
  • Professional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you must be comfortable acting as a professional partner and advisor to doctors.

Preferred Qualifications (The Plus List)

  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and the ability to quickly learn a proprietary Content Management System (CMS).
  • Paid Advertising: Experience or certification in Google Ads (PPC) or Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry, specifically within Chiropractic or Dentistry.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console and search analytics.
  • Understanding of website hosting, DNS management, and professional email configuration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
