Job Overview

The Head of Market Growth is responsible for the company's overall growth strategy and execution, covering all lifecycle growth metrics including user acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchases.

You will lead the growth team, develop growth systems and experimentation mechanisms, and achieve scalable business growth and increased market share through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy and System Development

Develop and drive the company's growth strategy and growth models (AARRR / AAARRR / RFM, etc.).

Plan growth frameworks and objectives (user growth, revenue growth, retention growth, LTV improvement, etc.).

Responsible for the organizational structure, processes, and tools of the growth team.

User Acquisition and Channel Expansion

Responsible for user acquisition strategies including brand communication, content marketing, advertising, search/social media/affiliate/partnership channels, etc.

Optimize channel mix and improve customer acquisition cost efficiency (CAC, CPT, CPA, etc.).

Responsible for channel expansion and building partner relationships (channel partnerships, KOLs, agents, distributors, etc.).

Product Growth and Conversion Optimization

Collaborate with the product team to design and drive product growth strategies (activation, conversion, retention, payment).

Improve conversion rates through funnel analysis, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis.

Responsible for the design and validation of user experience and growth experiments.

Data Analysis and Growth Experimentation

Establish a growth data system and metrics dashboard (DAU/MAU, retention, ARPU, LTV, etc.).

Responsible for growth experiments (A/B testing, MVT) and performance evaluation, creating reusable growth models.

Optimize marketing campaigns, product features, and user lifecycle strategies through data insights.

Brand and Marketing Communication

Responsible for brand strategy and market positioning, enhancing brand awareness and user trust.

Develop marketing communication plans (PR, content, events, industry activities, etc.).

Monitor content production and communication effectiveness, ensuring brand consistency and communication quality.

Team Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Lead the growth team (marketing, content, operations, data, advertising, etc.) to achieve objectives.

Collaborate with product, operations, sales, customer service, and other departments to implement growth plans.

Establish performance management and incentive mechanisms to improve team execution and efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Conditions

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Management, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

20+ years of experience in marketing/growth, including [Number] years of team management experience. Possesses experience in building and executing a full-funnel growth system (user acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchases).

Familiar with data analysis and growth models (AARRR, LTV/CAC, funnel analysis, RFM, etc.).

Proficient in using growth and data tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, SQL, Tableau/Looker, etc.).

Possesses strong execution ability, cross-functional collaboration skills, and project management capabilities.

Bonus Points

Experience in growth strategies within the internet, SaaS, fintech, consumer goods, or education industries.

Experience in overseas market growth (SEA/US/EU/LatAm, etc.).

Successful case studies in brand building, PR, content marketing, and KOL/social media operations.

Experience in building growth experimentation systems and A/B testing platforms.

Candidates with experience in product growth, user operations, or commercialization are preferred.
