Your Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, sales uplift, and ROI using internal and external data sources.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and implementing trade marketing campaigns across key retail partners and online platforms.
• Retail Activation: Work alongside the Trade Marketing Managers to create instore POS material, in-store promotions/demonstrations, and product displays to enhance brand presence.
• Digital Activation: Support the Trade Marketing Managers with improving conversion online with engaging and eye-catching rich content.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Training Manager, Brand & Content Marketing teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely delivery of key initiatives.

Your Profile

• A recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Desirable skills: image re-sizing, editing and a basic knowledge of photoshop
• Passion for consumer goods and understanding of retail environments.
