Ecommerce Specialist

Well-established 10-year old on-line furniture company has an immediate opening for a highly-motivated, self-starter and detailed-oriented individual to join our team to manage and grow our online sales channels as an E-Commerce Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings and online store operations. Online platforms include but not limited to: Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, Costco, Wayfair and Shopify.
• Help with daily order processing
• Optimize product pages and improve conversion rate
• Monitor sales performance and market place metrics
• Coordinate promotions and digital marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate product information and inventory
• Manage social media accounts
• Provide customer service

Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerice platforms Shopify, Amazon or similar
• Basic knowledge of SEO and online merchandizing
• Strong attention to detail and analytic skills
• Self-starter with efficient multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent and professional customer service skills.
• Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
