About Us

Citywide has been in business since 1999 and operates across real estate development, healthcare partnerships, medical aesthetics, construction, and financial services. With over two decades of operational experience, we continue to grow and expand our brand presence.

This is a brand-new position within the company. Until now, all digital marketing, website development, and media work has been handled by third-party contractors. We are now bringing this function in-house and looking for someone who can take ownership and help build our internal marketing foundation.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, in-house position located in Houston, TX 77099. This is not a remote or work-from-home role.

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Media Specialist who can design and manage websites, implement effective SEO strategies, and produce professional photography and video content for marketing and social media.

This is a full-time 40-hour per week position with overtime opportunities. Flexibility for occasional weekend work is required, particularly for social media content creation, events, and promotional shoots.

This role requires someone who can build, create, and execute — not just manage.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & SEO

• Design and maintain professional websites (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms)
• Implement and manage on-page and technical SEO
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content
• Manage Google Analytics and Search Console
• Improve website speed, structure, and overall ranking performance
• Oversee domain hosting and integrations

Content Creation & Media

• Capture professional photography (properties, clinics, products, staff)
• Shoot and edit marketing and social media videos
• Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Produce promotional brand videos and mini-films
• Edit using professional software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• Drone experience is a plus

Social Media & Graphic Design

• Develop engaging content calendars
• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create marketing materials and flyers
• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms
• Assist with paid ads (Meta & Google preferred)

Additional Opportunity

If you have sales experience and are willing to assist with business development during available time, additional sales commissions may be earned. This is an optional opportunity for motivated individuals who want to increase their income.

Candidates with hardware and networking experience (basic IT support, routers, office systems, troubleshooting, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply and may receive priority interviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in website design and SEO
• Strong portfolio required (websites and video work)
• Experience with professional video editing software
• Photography and lighting knowledge
• Graphic design skills to create flyers and marketing materials
• Owning professional photography and videography equipment is a plus
• Hardware and networking knowledge is a strong plus
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategy
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
