Social Media Manager (REMOTE)

Job Description

• Drive our social presence across X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels.
• Develop bold and creative social strategies that spark engagement and tell our story to the world.
• Create and manage compelling content that connects with audiences across crypto, finance, and technology.
• Engage directly with followers, partners, and thought leaders in the Solana community and beyond.
• Collaborate across teams to turn complex financial and blockchain concepts into exciting and accessible stories.
• Monitor industry trends and keep us at the forefront of conversation in Web3 and digital finance.
• Analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and drive consistent growth in visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of proven social media management experience for a brand, agency, or public company.
• Familiarity with crypto is a plus in order to communicate effectively in a crypto-native way while prioritizing accurate and relevant information.
• A track record of growing vibrant and engaged audiences across X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a strong visual sense and creative edge.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or video editing software, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
• Analytical and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape.
• A motivated self-starter who is not afraid to experiment, innovate, and make bold moves online.
