Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity
Our client, a highly specialized engineering firm, is looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to help elevate its market presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys working with technical subject matter, coordinating creative contributors, and transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling stories that resonate with the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate the planning, development, and distribution of e-newsletters, working alongside an existing external contractor to keep content fresh, timely, and engaging.
- Develop impactful case studies, technical articles, and marketing collateral by leveraging existing materials, internal expertise, and third-party contributors.
- Draft and coordinate project announcements that build momentum, reinforce credibility, and increase brand visibility.
- Highlight new projects, products, and service capabilities across all marketing channels in a consistent and compelling way.
- Oversee Google Ads campaigns in partnership with an external contractor, monitoring performance and helping guide optimization efforts.
- Manage and schedule LinkedIn content for the client’s company page and select professional profiles to support brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Support the creation and launch of new website pages, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external designers or developers as required.
- Coordinate and support the development of conference papers, presentations, and related promotional materials.
- Help plan and execute trade show and conference participation, including meeting setup, digital assets, and pre-event coordination with the sales team.
- Coordinate the development of video and multimedia content, including animations and agile, “guerilla-style” videos, from initial concept through final delivery.
- Work closely with contractors to ensure all visual assets align with brand standards, messaging, and technical accuracy.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison between the client and external contractors, consultants, and agencies.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all platforms and touchpoints.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- 2–5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination-focused role.
- Proven experience working with external contractors, agencies, or consultants.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
- Hands-on familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Experience supporting website updates and coordinating multimedia or visual content projects.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple initiatives at once.
- Experience in engineering, infrastructure, environmental services, or professional services marketing is considered a strong asset.
Compensation Range: $60,000 - $75,000
