  • *IMPORTANT This role requires multiple in-person work days a month in the Greater Vancouver Area.**
  • *RESPONSIBILITIES**:
  • *Strategic Planning & Execution**:
  • Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of B2B clients.
  • Analyze client objectives, audiences, and competitors to develop data-driven, actionable strategies.
  • *Client Collaboration & Relationship Management**:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding digital strategy, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance.
  • Present strategic recommendations, digital audits, and performance reports to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • *Campaign Management & Optimization**:
  • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, collaborating with internal teams (content, creative, development, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics (traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Continuously adjust strategies based on performance data, industry trends, and client feedback.
  • *Content & SEO Strategy**:
  • Collaborate with content and SEO teams to ensure the creation of high-quality, relevant content that supports SEO efforts and drives organic traffic.
  • Provide strategic direction on content marketing initiatives, including thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
  • Optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and website content for lead conversion.
  • *Data-Driven Decision Making**:
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, including ROI, KPIs, and insights to clients and senior leadership.
  • Recommend new tools and strategies to improve digital performance based on insights.
  • *Market Research & Trend Monitoring**:
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to uncover new opportunities for client growth.
  • Experiment with innovative tactics, A/B testing, and emerging platforms to ensure clients’ digital strategies remain competitive.
  • *Team Leadership & Collaboration**:
  • Work closely with creative, design, and development teams to bring digital strategies to life.
  • Collaborate with other strategists to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Mentor junior strategists or team members as needed, providing guidance and support for career development.
  • *QUALIFICATIONS**:
  • **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of B2B marketing trends, buyer journeys, and the unique needs of businesses in various sectors.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • **Data-Driven**: Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • **SEO & Content Strategy**: Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how content drives organic traffic and lead generation.
  • **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategies and reports in a clear and engaging way.
  • **Project Management**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • **Education**: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
