About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee online sales strategy, site merchandising, and digital marketing initiatives. This role will drive performance across multiple eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, product listings, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across platforms (Amazon, DTC site, and other marketplaces).
Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and content optimization.
Monitor analytics and KPIs; prepare performance reports and actionable insights.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, creative) to ensure timely product launches and inventory accuracy.
Troubleshoot site issues and oversee enhancements for optimal user experience.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in eCommerce management or digital merchandising.
Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon Central and Salsify).
Proficiency in analytics tools (Excel) and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
