**Position Overview**

This is a part-time, contract position offering flexibility and the opportunity to shape the medical direction of our growing Canadian presence.

  • *Key Responsibilities**:
  • Provide medical leadership to the Canadian clinics, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines, company protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement medical strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Oversee and monitor the quality of patient care, ensuring the use of evidence-based treatments in regenerative medicine and hormone replacement.
  • Review patient cases and provide expert consultation when needed.
  • Lead training and mentorship of clinical staff, ensuring they are well-versed in the latest advancements in the space.
  • Work closely with executive leadership, medical directors and franchisees to optimize patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • *Qualifications**:
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a valid license to practice in Canada.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within a medical franchise network.
  • Deep understanding of hormone replacement therapies and related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian healthcare regulations and medical standards.
  • Experience with Vitamins and Peptides is recommended.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clinical teams and corporate leadership.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time, contract role.
