Pay: $85,000 + 15% performance bonus

Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Customer Success is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing programs while ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience that drives client growth, retention, and satisfaction.
This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and clients, manages day-to-day marketing execution and client relationships, and supports scalable processes that deliver consistent, measurable results. Success in this role is measured by lead generation, campaign performance, client retention, and customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that generate consistent, high-quality leads and measurable ROI for clients across multiple markets.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising (Google, Meta, and other platforms), email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of digital marketing specialists and client-facing team members to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end client journey, ensuring marketing performance, platform adoption, and optimization efforts align with client business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, customer health metrics, and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for client concerns, ensuring proactive communication and timely resolution.
- Participate in client presentations, strategy reviews, and ongoing performance discussions, positioning BoomerangFX as a trusted growth partner.
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling BoomerangFX’s SaaS, marketing, and learning solutions.
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to ensure efficient campaign execution and team productivity.
- Contribute to the development of scalable processes, standards, and best practices to support company growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and campaign execution.
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership and team management.
- Proven experience managing and supporting teams of 10+ members.
- Marketing agency experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience measuring ROI, performance metrics, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
