We are currently looking for a proven, dynamic and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager.
Job Overview
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all marketing systems, with HubSpot at the center.
You'll own our CRM and marketing automation infrastructure—ensuring our data is clean, workflows are effective, campaigns are measurable, and reporting is reliable as the business grows.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building order out of complexity, enjoys digging into systems, and wants real ownership in a scaling startup.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot & Marketing Automation Ownership
Own and manage all aspects of HubSpot (Marketing Hub + CRM)
Build, maintain, and optimize workflows, automations, and lifecycle stages
Create and manage marketing emails, templates, and nurture programs
Upload, segment, and manage lists for campaigns and sales enablement
Maintain data hygiene through regular contact cleanup, deduplication, and normalization
Establish and maintain naming conventions, documentation, and best practices
Serve as the go-to expert for HubSpot troubleshooting and improvements
Lead Management & Funnel Operations
Own lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and SLAs
Ensure accurate and timely handoffs between Marketing and Sales
Monitor lead flow and proactively identify and resolve issues
Govern lifecycle stage definitions and progression logic
Audit funnel data regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency
Prevent lifecycle inflation, broken stages, or reporting gaps
Campaign Operations & Measurement
Support campaign setup and execution in HubSpot
Ensure campaigns are properly tracked with UTMs, naming conventions, and attribution
QA campaigns before launch to ensure clean data and measurability
Maintain campaign reporting and performance dashboards
Support experimentation and A/B testing across emails, forms, and landing pages
Reporting, Attribution & Analytics
Build and maintain dashboards for Marketing, Sales, and Leadership
Track and report on funnel performance (lead → MQL → SQL → customer)
Maintain attribution models and measurement frameworks
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
Provide ad hoc analysis for campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives
Ensure reporting accuracy, clarity, and trust in the data
Tools, Systems & Infrastructure
Manage and maintain the marketing technology stack and integrations
Evaluate, implement, and document new tools as needed
Partner with Sales Ops / RevOps on CRM alignment and system changes
Support data governance, opt-in management, and email compliance
Ensure systems scale cleanly as volume and complexity increase
Process, Enablement & Collaboration
Create scalable processes for campaign execution and data management
Enable marketing team members with HubSpot training and support
Improve efficiency by identifying automation and optimization opportunities
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, Ops, and Leadership
Support sales enablement efforts from an operational and systems perspective
Qualifications
3–6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation
Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, lifecycle stages, and funnels
Experience building workflows, dashboards, lists, campaigns, and attribution
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to translate business needs into clean, scalable technical solutions
Nice to Have
Experience supporting B2B, B2C, or marketplace models
Familiarity with RevOps or Sales Operations concepts
Experience with data enrichment, attribution, or analytics tools
Prior experience cleaning up or scaling a messy CRM
Exposure to budget tracking or marketing ROI analysis
