Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead their online sales and marketing efforts from St. Louis, Missouri, US . This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across all digital platforms. You will oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, a proven track record of managing successful online stores, and expertise in leveraging data analytics to optimize campaign performance. You will work closely with the product, design, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling customer experience. This is a remote-first position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic vision for the company's e-commerce business. Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns. Oversee website content, product merchandising, and user experience to maximize conversion rates. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and marketing campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Manage the e-commerce marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve ROI goals. Stay current with e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and a seamless customer journey. Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on online sales and digital strategy. Proven experience managing successful online retail operations and driving significant revenue growth. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
