Role Summary

The Managing Director will be a key leader of the firm’s Digital Assets Investment Banking group, responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing capital markets and advisory transactions involving blockchain, tokenization, and crypto-linked financing strategies. This role bridges traditional investment banking with emerging digital financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution for crypto-related PIPEs, M&A, and reverse mergers, coordinating across legal, compliance, and capital markets teams.
• Originate and manage client relationships with token issuers, blockchain companies, and corporates adopting digital asset strategies.
• Develop bespoke digital asset treasury and financing structures, integrating cryptocurrencies and tokens into corporate balance sheets.
• Support marketing efforts, investor outreach, and roadshows focused on blockchain and Web3 sectors.
• Advise the deal team during due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, and client presentations.
• Stay current on regulatory developments, digital asset market trends, and institutional adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of investment banking experience, ideally including exposure to SPACs, structured finance, or blockchain capital markets.
• Strong origination and transaction execution track record: PIPEs, M&A, and private placements.
• Deep understanding of digital assets, DeFi, tokenization, and crypto market dynamics.
• Excellent presentation and client management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment.
