A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Consultant to support various clients in enhancing user experiences and driving measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to identify drop-off points and opportunities for improvement

Develop and execute A / B and multivariate testing programs

Partner with design, product, and engineering teams to implement experiments and optimize key conversion flows

Required Qualifications

Strong foundation in CRO, experimentation, and user behavior analysis

Experience designing and executing A / B or multivariate tests

Familiarity with experimentation and analytics tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Analytics, Hotjar)

Understanding of UX / UI principles and their impact on conversion

Ability to form hypotheses and prioritize tests based on potential impact
