Business Process Transformation Lead

We are currently searching for a Business Process Transformation Lead to join our team. As a Lead, you will help our clients reimagine their operations through the use of design thinking, business intelligence, and change management. You will actively work to document business processes, build variable driven financial/operational models, and audit process for verification and training opportunities. You will manage the project plans and actively produce deliverables.
Responsibilities include
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and design thinking-based ideation sessions.
- Drive process change through staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis.
- Create various deliverables including processes, SOPs, manuals, customer journeys, and other documents.
- Develop KPIs, scorecards, and metrics that measure the outcomes of change.
- Manage project plans and report progress to multiple stakeholders.
- Perform financial analysis, capacity modeling, and benefit analyses.
Required Skills
- Application of process improvement techniques, experience creating process documentation, and demonstrated success facilitating design / strategy workshops.
- Management of programs, project plans and cross organizational resources.
· Deep understanding of agile, design thinking, lean or other delivery frameworks
· Demonstrated experience managing the delivery of business services, technology and/or marketing solutions.
· Experience identifying and resolving complex technical and business process issues.
· Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
· Strong skills in data analysis including use of Excel, Power BI, etc.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, phone, video, etc.).
· Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in delivering process and change management solutions.
- 2-5 years of experience creating financial models and performing advanced data analysis
- 2-5 years of experience working in a consulting/agency environment.
- PMP Certification is a plus
