Location: Canada (Greater Toronto/Milton area)

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist executes digital campaigns focusing on SEO, paid media, digital content, and lead generation. Ensures optimization across all digital channels and supports revenue-driving efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Execute SEO/SEM, paid ads, email, and social campaigns.
  • Develop landing pages and digital content for lead generation.
  • Maintain paid media budgets and optimization plans.

Performance Optimization

  • Run A/B tests across ads, emails, and landing pages.
  • Optimize keyword strategies, audience targeting, and bidding.
  • Expand high-performing campaigns and retire low-performing tactics.

AnalyticsReporting

  • Track digital metrics and provide weekly performance dashboards.
  • Monitor conversion funnel performance and identify bottlenecks.
  • Support attribution modeling and ROI analysis.

Qualifications

EducationExperience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, and social channels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing for performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS).
  • Experience working with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of keyword research tools and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
  • Experience supporting attribution modeling and ROI analysis is a plus.
  • must be based in Canada - Greater Toronto/Milton Area

Technical Skills

  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, on-page optimization, and keyword strategy.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills for reporting and data manipulation.
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS (nice to have).
