KETTLER International, Inc. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role combines e-commerce support, graphic design, and digital marketing to support our growing online and retail presence.

The ideal candidate will manage and enhance our Shopify Plus websites, develop compelling marketing materials, and support digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to contribute to product launches, campaigns, and brand growth while working closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams. This role requires both creative and technical skills, strong organization, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, update, and occasionally build websites using Shopify Plus
• Create and contribute to marketing materials for web, social media, email campaigns, and print (catalogs, flyers, packaging)
• Develop and schedule social media content
• Create email marketing campaigns supporting promotions and product launches
• Maintain budgets and scheduling for Google PPC campaigns and social media advertising
• Assist with content management and advertising on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Marketplace and Costco Syndigo
• Monitor and support customer communication across digital channels
• Track digital analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
• Support packaging design and layout in collaboration with the sales team
• Conduct product photography and coordinate photoshoots when needed
• Create and edit product videos
• Assist with trade show preparation and attendance
• Serve as a resource for sales teams and assist with project coordination across marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Adobe Creative Suite required (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Rush or similar) is a plus
• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms preferred
• Strong communication skills and comfortable initiating discussions
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed
• Strong follow-through and project management abilities
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Training will be provided on additional software and internal systems.

Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required during peak shipping periods, travel, or inventory activities.
