ExcelGens is looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead loyalty programs, B2B promotions, and market intelligence initiatives that drive customer engagement and business performance.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute loyalty programs & B2B promotions
• Create compelling B2B communications and customer content
• Turn market data into actionable insights
• Partner with Sales & Marketing teams
• Track performance and optimize programs

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (French & English) – Required
• Experience in B2B marketing / promotions / loyalty programs
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
