Ecommerce Marketing Manager
Creative CircleOur Pharma client is seeking a Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join their team for the next 6 months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 4 days a week in Alameda, CA.
Role Summary
We are seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to support growth across third-party ecommerce channels for an innovative over-the-counter biowearable healthcare product line. This role plays a key part in shaping the future of personalized health by optimizing product detail pages (PDPs), driving digital performance, and ensuring best-in-class representation across retailer platforms.
Top Must Have Skills
Strong familiarity with Amazon systems and PDP content management (required)
Experience with additional major retailer platforms such as Walmart, Walgreens, and Best Buy (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving, and regulated environment
Demonstrated experience owning PDP setup, refreshes, optimization, and experimentation
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
3+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience working in regulated industries such as health tech (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills with internal cross-functional teams and external partners
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Contract duration: 6 months with potential extension
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end setup, refresh, and ongoing optimization of PDPs across major third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart).
Manage product listings, descriptions, digital assets, and brand consistency across retailer platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, and sales teams to ensure PDPs reflect current messaging, claims, and promotional priorities.
Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates, content performance, and overall PDP engagement.
Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
Support online sales strategy across third-party ecommerce channels and partner with Sales to address listing issues and content syndication challenges.
Collaborate with external agencies to apply category best practices and competitive insights.
Monitor channel KPIs (traffic, conversion, buy box performance, ratings and reviews) and deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting.
Track competitor activity across retailer platforms and identify opportunities for improvement or differentiation.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
