Contract – 6 months

Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, user story creation, and business process mapping for Salesforce and Marketing Cloud initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders.

Translate marketing strategies into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio, including data extension design and personalization logic.

Partner with architects and technical teams to define integration requirements between Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, and external systems using APIs, Marketing Cloud Connect, and data pipelines.

Drive UAT planning, execution, and defect management, ensuring solution quality, compliance with data/privacy regulations, and readiness for production deployment.

Provide functional oversight on segmentation, automation, journey design, and KPIs, enabling data-driven marketing optimization, improved customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
