Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled and self-driven digital content creator who can develop high-quality marketing materials, manage social media platforms, and create engaging video content that promotes our products and brand.

This role requires approximately 30 hours per week and qualifies as full-time under program guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online engagement, and increase sales across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, content creation, and analytics to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable results. The Digital Marketer will collaborate closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create high-quality video content showcasing our products, events, and brand story
  • Photograph products and promotional materials
  • Edit videos and graphics for digital campaigns
  • Write engaging captions, promotional copy, and website content
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on various platforms
  • Monitor analytics and optimize content performance
  • Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives and product launches
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Act as a brand ambassador
  • Maintain and update websites using WordPress, ensuring content is optimized for search engines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Strong video production and editing skills (Reels, TikTok, short-form, promotional content)
  • Ability to shoot and edit high-quality content independently
  • Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
  • Must own or have access to professional-grade equipment capable of producing high-quality digital content
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices across various channels.
  • Strong photography skills
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and project management capabilities. Eligibility Requirements (Mandatory)

To qualify for this position, applicants must

  • Be a recent post secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in digital marketing and media or related field
  • Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or legally entitled to work in Canada
