Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Morning Shift Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Albany, NY. This role is ideal for an individual looking to kick-start their career in digital marketing with a leading agency. You will support our marketing team in executing various digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, and performance reporting. The morning shift typically runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines).
Support content creation efforts, including writing and editing copy for website, blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
Monitor social media channels and engage with online communities.
Help analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports using tools like Google Analytics.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain and update website content and marketing materials.
Assist with SEO optimization tasks, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Perform administrative duties as needed to support the marketing department.

Required Skills

Proficiency in basic digital marketing concepts and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of SEO/SEM principles.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1 year of experience in a digital marketing role or internship.

Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
