E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking an innovative and data-driven E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead their online sales and customer acquisition efforts in Jacksonville, Florida, US . This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to drive traffic, optimize conversion rates, and enhance customer lifetime value across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tactics, and a passion for measurable growth.
Responsibilities include
Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies for e-commerce, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate programs. Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testing for conversion rate optimization (CRO). Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated customer journeys. Oversee social media presence and engagement, creating compelling content and managing community interactions. Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Identify new growth opportunities and emerging digital marketing trends relevant to e-commerce. Collaborate with product, design, and merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience and product offering. Manage the e-commerce budget effectively, ensuring a strong ROI on marketing spend. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic advantages. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth. Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
