Senior Digital Solutions Product Manager

The Digital Channels Product group delivers innovative online and mobile solutions for the Bank's diverse clients, including consumers, small businesses, and corporates.
As the Senior Digital Product Manager, you will be a key leader in executing our digital strategy, prioritizing, and managing the development of the Bank's online solutions.
This position is hybrid, with on-site work required Monday through Thursday and remote work on Friday. Candidates must be located within the Kansas City metropolitan area or be qualified remote candidates from anywhere else in the U.S.
Your responsibilities will include
- Create comprehensive product roadmaps for the Digital Channel using industry trends, market research, client feedback, and insights from stakeholders.
- Manage vendor partnerships, influencing their product roadmaps to align with the Bank's strategic goals.
- Ensure accountability in delivering online solutions by collaborating with internal and external technology partners and vendors.
- Analyze and report on channel usage trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with various teams to define, create, and prioritize features for product delivery.
- Act as a Channel Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance to internal teams, including Line of Business partners, sales, servicing, and support groups.
- Communicate with partners about existing channel solutions and upcoming enhancements.
- Develop strong relationships with Line of Business leaders to validate market needs and opportunities.
- Create tailored online solutions for specific segments, balancing client needs with risk management.
- Work closely with other Product Managers to enhance functionality and capabilities within Digital Channels.
- Identify and engage key vendors and fintechs to broaden go-to-market offerings.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal departments to ensure all features meet regulatory standards.
- Keep all product documentation and compliance materials up to date.
- Champion change and process improvements within the digital product team and beyond.

- An undergraduate degree along with 7+ years of product management experience and 5+ years of experience in digital channels, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to influence and foster cross-functional consensus.
- Experience analyzing market and financial data to align strategies and drive product innovation.
- A track record of effectively prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines.
- A history of successfully leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Experience crafting strategic plans and translating them into actionable implementations.
- Skill in prioritizing product backlogs by evaluating value, effort, and risk across various components.
- The ability to create compelling business cases for digital channels, accurately assessing ROI.
- Experience in Financial Services or a similar industry.
- Solid knowledge of Payments, including P2P, B2C, C2B, and B2B payments.
- Experience leading channel or system conversions and upgrades.
Bonus qualifications if you possess
- Digital product management experience within the banking industry.

Compensation Range
$83,200.00 - $178,800.00
Please note that the compensation range provided represents the Bank's standard for this role, with actual compensation possibly varying based on geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors. This range does not reflect the total earning potential for the position.
