Business Transformation Intern

Join Hewlett Packard Enterprise Financial Services as a Business Transformation Intern to support process engineering, automation, and strategic initiatives in a hybrid Houston, TX role.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing

• Support process engineering initiatives by building process maps, identifying inefficiencies, and observing workflow challenges.
• Assist process owners and continuous improvement leads with documentation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Contribute to value realization and initiative tracking to measure project outcomes and business impact.
• Join ad hoc teams to address urgent transactional bottlenecks, problem analysis, and operational pain points.
• Collaborate with transformation leads to prepare materials, stakeholder summaries, and project plans for cross-functional priorities.
• Gain exposure to Lean Six Sigma, process mining, and agile work management tools and techniques.

About You

What you'll need

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for business process improvement, digital tools, and real-world operational challenges.
• Ability to manage your time, balance competing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Curiosity, a learning mindset, and interest in working with a diverse, globally distributed team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly salary range: USD 25.00 - 28.75 (Texas)
