Hiring: Integrated Marketing Strategy Manager (Contract)
Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 3-month contract | Immediate start | Potential extension up to 6 months
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Strategy Manager to lead and execute end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role partners closely with senior planners, channel leads, project managers, and creative teams to deliver marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, paid media, web, and field marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaign strategies
- Oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and workflows
- Provide strategic feedback on creative deliverables
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders on assigned projects
- Ensure clear communication, coordination, and successful campaign delivery
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or advertising (agency or in-house preferred)
- Strong account and project management skills
- Hands-on experience with 360° marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, video, creative production, print assets)
- Proficiency in Workfront, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
