Hiring: Integrated Marketing Strategy Manager (Contract)

Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

Duration: 3-month contract | Immediate start | Potential extension up to 6 months

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Strategy Manager to lead and execute end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role partners closely with senior planners, channel leads, project managers, and creative teams to deliver marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, paid media, web, and field marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaign strategies
  • Oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and workflows
  • Provide strategic feedback on creative deliverables
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders on assigned projects
  • Ensure clear communication, coordination, and successful campaign delivery

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or advertising (agency or in-house preferred)
  • Strong account and project management skills
  • Hands-on experience with 360° marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, video, creative production, print assets)
  • Proficiency in Workfront, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
