Job Description

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to turn everyday moments into engaging content and knows how to drive traffic, leads, and sales through social media.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Stories.
• Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks)
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Develop content calendars and campaign ideas
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
• Stay up to date on social media trends, sounds, and platform changes
• Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and launches
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms
• Comfortable filming and editing content
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to work on-site for content creation

Nice to Have

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts
• Experience in retail, lifestyle, or pet-related content
• Influencer or brand partnership experience
• Paid ads experience (Meta / TikTok Ads)
