Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and execution of innovative partner marketing strategies to foster successful product integrations and drive growth.
  • Partner Programs: Design and implement scalable marketing programs tailored to various partner types, sizes, and engagement levels.
  • MDFs & Budgets: Create and oversee budgets for partner marketing initiatives, focusing on maximizing ROI through strategic resource allocation.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage a dynamic portfolio of marketing campaigns and activations, including events and webinars.
  • XFN Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with sales teams to support partner-driven sales initiatives and boost revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and resources to ensure success and growth.
  • Performance/Data Oriented: Analyze and report the effectiveness of marketing activities, utilizing data insights to refine future strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in partner marketing, product management, or product marketing within a technology setting.
  • Strong track record in managing complex partnerships and leading cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the technology ecosystem and trends, especially in cloud, hardware (GPU/CPU), and AI/ML.
  • Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with MDF planning, reporting, and ROI analysis.
  • A self-motivated, collaborative approach focused on results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating directly with technology vendors and partners.
  • Knowledge of Oracle's cloud, hardware, and software offerings is a plus.
  • Proven success in creating thought leadership and technical content.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.

The role has a US hiring range from $139,400 to $291,800 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses, equity, and deferred compensation. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges to account for variations in skills, experience, and market conditions. Candidates are placed in the range based on these factors and internal equity.
