As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at our Markham head office. This role blends creativity with data-driven decision-making and requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Merchandising, E‑Commerce, and Executive Leadership. The Marketing Manager leads the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across retail stores and e commerce channels.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at our Markham head office. This role blends creativity with data-driven decision-making and requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Merchandising, E‑Commerce, and Executive Leadership. The Marketing Manager leads the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across retail stores and e commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with Mind Games goals.
- Strengthen brand positioning across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Oversee digital campaigns across paid social, search, email, and display.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Lead content strategy for website, social media, and newsletters.
- Monitor and optimize performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, signage, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
- Support and partner with store operations to ensure marketing initiatives are executed consistently across locations.
- Support retail events, demos, and experiential activations to drive foot traffic.
- Collaborate with the e‑commerce team to improve product listings, promotional calendars, and customer journeys.
- Manage CRM programs, including segmentation, loyalty initiatives, and automated email flows.
- Track customer lifetime value, retention, and engagement metrics.
- Lead end-to-end campaign development: concept, creative briefing, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors when needed.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as conversion rate, and engagement.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Use data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, consumer goods, or e‑commerce.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience managing budgets and external partners.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email automation tools, and social media management platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in specialty retail, gaming, collectibles, or hobby categories.
- Graphic design or creative direction experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce , or similar platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- Salary: $78,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience
