Digital Marketing Manager *WORK FROM HOME IN WINNIPEG*

Magellan Luxury Hotels is seeking a highly autonomous, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our entire digital marketing function. This is a solo marketing role, ideal for someone who enjoys both setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to bring ideas to life.

You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, drive inquiries, and deliver measurable results. If you’re a self-starter who thrives with ownership, embraces new tools (including AI), and enjoys building systems from the ground up, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full digital marketing strategy and execution across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and website content
• Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns using tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and SEO platforms
• Act as the primary driver of marketing direction while also executing day-to-day tasks independently
• Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating data into insights and next steps
• Manage and evolve Magellan’s brand voice across email, blog, website, and social media channels
• Design, build, and deploy email campaigns, acting as the point of contact for content, design, testing, and optimization
• Create, maintain, and update website content using a CMS such as WordPress
• Continuously evaluate and improve the end-to-end digital customer journey across touchpoints
• Experiment with and adopt AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, personalization, content creation, and campaign performance
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and AI use cases, recommending and implementing tools where appropriate
• Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as needed

What You Bring

• Post-secondary education in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a role with high ownership or autonomy
• Proven experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance-based digital campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Exceptional written communication skills and experience creating effective web and email content
• Experience targeting new client revenue generation through various channels
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript constraints
• Comfort working independently and managing multiple priorities without day-to-day oversight
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an asset

• Experience using AI tools for marketing, such as content generation, campaign optimization, analytics, personalization, or automation
• Curiosity and willingness to test, learn, and responsibly adopt emerging AI technologies
