Position Overview

Join Live Nation Entertainment as a Venue Marketing Coordinator and help drive marketing initiatives for our owned and operated venues across the United States. In this role, you will support venue marketing efforts by updating digital platforms, executing fan communication plans, coordinating creative assets, and managing on-site activations. Key Responsibilities

Update venue website and app to ensure show information is current and accurate, including work with partners for F&B, PSS & Special Event content.
Execute fan communication plans across email, social, website and app to deliver key event information.
Maintain and quality control data extensions for venue email automations across the region.
Manually build and manage fan communications in emergency situations.
Assist in social publishing for show-related announcements such as presales and on-sale notifications.
Coordinate creative asset delivery to venues for future show support and manage digital show calendars.
Oversee placement of assets in digital video signage and manage approvals for promotional sweepstakes.
Coordinate onsite activations to drive name acquisition for future marketing needs.
Collaborate with PR, tour, and regional marketing teams to support day-of-show marketing efforts, including managing photographer and sponsorship placements.
Process invoices and provide event coverage as needed during shows.

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in event assistance/planning or marketing within entertainment, sports, or public assembly facilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting marketing concepts and strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and multimedia management software.
Capability to quickly learn and efficiently use project management software and tools.
