We’re looking for a sharp, intelligent person to train as a Google Ads manager/specialist. No prior experience needed—we’ll provide hands-on training to help you master campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking. If you’re analytical, quick to learn, and excited about digital ads, this is your chance to build a valuable skill set in a growing field.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Learn)

• Assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, shopping, etc.).
• Analyze data to optimize ads for better ROI.
• Research keywords, audiences, and competitors.
• Report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Collaborate on strategies to drive leads/sales for our business/clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Smart and motivated—strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., comfortable with spreadsheets, online tools).
• Eagerness to learn; bonus if you have any interest in marketing, tech, or data.
• Reliable and able to commit full-time (or part-time if flexible).
• Entry-level OK; recent grads or career switchers welcome.
• Automotive enthusiasts are welcome but not required.
