Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategies and execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and recommend data-driven strategies for optimization.
  • Oversee content strategy for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, IT) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results against KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing or MBA.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
