The Digital Banking Implementation Specialist will manage implementations for lower-complexity software and smaller clients, ensuring smooth transitions and high customer satisfaction through effective data conversion and application configuration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
Introduce CSI digital banking solutions and define implementation requirements.
Conduct data gathering meetings to clarify data movement and application setup.
Configure applications and lead test review meetings with customer banks.
Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful go live.
Stay current on product updates and enhancements.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
General banking/accounting knowledge (preferred).
