We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Operations Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of content across CORSAIR's global social media channels.

What You'll Do

Content Operations

  • Source, organize, and upload content assets from internal teams, creators, and contractors.
  • Maintain and update the global content calendar in coordination with the Social Media Manager.
  • Schedule approved content across multiple platforms using Sprout Social or equivalent tools.
  • Collaborate with internal and external photographers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Track photo requests, deadlines, and usage across campaigns and launches.


Community Engagement

  • Engage daily with the community across key platforms (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit).
  • Reply to comments and messages with brand-aligned tone and accuracy.
  • Identify and source high-quality UGC for future features or reposts.


Light Reporting

  • Monitor community sentiment and engagement trends.
  • Share quick insights and notable shifts in conversation with the social team.

  • Consistent calendar accuracy and on-time scheduling
  • Improved community engagement and response rate
  • Regular sourcing of relevant UGC and community content
  • Clear, actionable reporting on sentiment and engagement trends


What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media coordination, publishing, or operations (preferably in gaming, hardware, or tech)
  • Deep understanding of platform best practices (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills: You love structure and can manage multiple deadlines at once.
  • Working knowledge of social media management tools.
  • Passion for gaming, tech, and the PC enthusiast community.
  • Basic proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or equivalent image-editing tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in graphic design or video editing is a plus.
