Role Description

The Digital Media Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in St Albans, with flexibility for some work from home. You will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities include managing digital marketing strategies, developing media plans, creating and scheduling engaging content for social media channels, and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be key to ensuring exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Management

Assist with the development and implementation of SEO strategies

Conduct keyword research and support website optimisation

Monitor analytics, rankings, and performance metrics

Newsletter & Email Marketing

Help plan, design, and schedule newsletters

Manage subscriber lists and basic segmentation

Monitor performance and contribute to campaign improvements

Social Media Management

Create and schedule engaging content across all platforms

Contribute to social campaigns that increase brand awareness

Interact with followers, respond to messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice

Track performance and assist with regular reports

What We’re Looking For

Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics

Basic understanding of SEO and social media platforms

Strong copywriting and communication skills

Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and develop new skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
