About the Role
The Company is in search of an SVP, Performance Marketing to spearhead the design, development, and expansion of a centralized customer acquisition engine. This pivotal role is focused on driving measurable patient demand for high-consideration, primarily out-of-pocket services, and requires a leader with a deep understanding of the full digital funnel, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in scaling performance marketing within complex, multi-site environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating the consumer experience, aligning marketing and sales processes, and ensuring that the patient journey is seamless, data-informed, and centered around care. Key responsibilities for the SVP, Performance Marketing include owning the end-to-end consumer acquisition process, developing and executing an omni-channel marketing strategy, and managing paid media and digital acquisition initiatives. The role demands a leader who can shape promotion and pricing strategies, lead A/B testing, and develop creative, data-backed programs for both patient acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have a player-coach mentality, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, and will be adept at maintaining oversight of CRM systems and technology tools to streamline lead distribution and tracking.
