A rapidly growing, multi-site healthcare organization headquartered in Tennessee is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead and scale its digital growth strategy. This individual will play a critical role in driving patient acquisition, optimizing marketing performance, and strengthening brand visibility across a distributed network of healthcare locations.

The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset combined with hands-on expertise in CRM platforms, SEO, paid search (Google Ads), and multi-site digital campaign execution within a regulated healthcare environment. This role partners closely with executive leadership, operations, and clinical teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly support organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across a multi-location healthcare platform
  • Own and optimize CRM strategy, including lead management, patient journey mapping, attribution, and conversion tracking
  • Drive organic growth through SEO strategy, local search optimization, and ongoing content performance analysis
  • Oversee Google Ads and paid media campaigns, managing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI optimization
  • Develop and manage integrated digital campaigns across search, display, social, email, and web
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with operational and clinical goals in a remote environment
  • Analyze performance data and deliver clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Ensure all digital initiatives comply with healthcare regulations and brand standards
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with internal team members and external agency partners

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably within healthcare or highly regulated industries
  • Proven success managing multi-site or multi-brand digital marketing strategies
  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong command of SEO, SEM, and Google Ads with measurable growth results
  • Experience building and scaling data-driven digital campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Leadership experience with distributed teams and external vendors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
